MRHL PLAYER PROFILES: ALUMNI SIBLINGS HAT TRICK

As the Spring 2011 season gets nearer to its March 5th start this column features the first of a series of MRHL Player Profiles. Our Alumni team has been in the league since the inaugural Summer 2007 season.  During most of that time three sets of siblings have been on the team roster.  Captain Ben Zises and his twin brother Sam were the squad’s core as they gathered friends and family members to form Team Alumni.  Michael Friedland was on that original roster and his brother Sean joined during a subsequent campaign. Mike and Matt Harrison, another set of twins, got onboard more recently.  All six of Alumni’s triple doubles are young, hard-working guys who love sports and, especially, playing hockey together.
