Sponsored by Family Management Corporation  and Modell’s Sporting Goods, Team Alumni is made up mostly of a solid crew of long-time friends reuniting as teammates after playing on teams together back in their childhood. The Tier 3 Alumni squad, one of the MRHL’s original teams, is led into their thirteenth season in the league by captain Ben Zises and assistant captain Jared Cooper. They had records of 8-2, 7-3 and 8-2 in their first three seasons in the MRHL and their former player Mike Friedman was named the league’s inaugural season scoring MVP when he finished the inaugural Summer 2007 campaign with 21 goals and 12 assists.  Friedman placed first on the MRHL Top 125 Scorers List with his 323 regular season points through the end of the Spring 2012 session.
