The Mighty Mouses are comprised almost entirely of Timber Lake Camp alumni and former All-Stars in the annual Gordon Cup Hockey Tournament hosted at TLC each summer. After an absence from the MRHL during the Fall 2011 season the Mighty Mouses are rejoining the league for the Spring 2012 season to build upon their campaigns during the Spring 2009 through Spring 2011 sessions. Most of the roster have known each other and played hockey together for over 15 years and are looking to add another championship award to the trophy case. The team’s name is dedicated to the late David “Mighty Mouse” Glass who would have been an absolute nightmare for MRHL goalies to face if he was still here to dominate.
Jared Feigenbaum and Adam Goldsmith will be the co-captains of this team as it enters its fifth season in the MRHL ensconced in the Tier 2 Liberty Conference. The team ended the Fall 2009 campaign with a 6-2-2 regular season record and a 9-7 loss to the defending championship Professor Thom’s team in the quarterfinals of the playoffs. The 7-2-0-1 Fall 2010 Mighty Mouses unit rode a #4 playoff seed through a 6-3 quarterfinals loss to that season’s eventual championship team AXA Advisors.
